Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Client Connection Mail Club subscription payments are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law. Because each month’s materials are prepared in advance, refunds, returns, credits, and prorated refunds are not available.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. To avoid being billed for the following month’s package, you must cancel your subscription no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the 30th of the current month. Cancellations received after the 30th will take effect after the following month’s package and payment have been processed.

You may cancel your subscription online through your Shopify account log0in. After cancellation, you will continue to receive any package for which payment has already been processed.

Please note that this item is a subscription. It will be renewed monthly on the date you subscribed and you will be charged unless you decide to cancel your subscription.
