Shipping policy

All subscriptions are mailed using stamped postage to keep things simple and affordable, which means tracking is not included.

 

Shipping & Timing

Subscription will ship on the 7th of each month

The cutoff to receive that month’s bundle is the 30th of the previous month

If you sign up after the 1st your first bundle will ship the following month (for example, sign up June 1st and your first bundle ship July 1st)

Welcome Boxes will ship within 24 hours of order placed.

Shipping cost for US will be $12.00 and shipping cost for International will be $24.00

 

Subscription Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders: up to 7-14 business days after shipment

International orders: up to 23-30 business days after shipment

All monthly mail is delivered to the post office by the 7th and will be on its way to you—we promise! Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the United States and up to 31 days for international delivery. We kindly ask that you do not email us about a missing envelope until the appropriate delivery timeframe has passed. If your package has still not arrived after that time, please email us so we can assist you individually.
